Optional SMS permission SMS permission is optional and separate from submitting a property inquiry or making a purchase. You may leave the box unchecked. Providing a phone number alone does not authorize texts. If you choose SMS, the intended program covers your property-offer inquiry and requested follow-up, including property questions, appointment coordination and potential-offer discussions. It does not authorize unrelated or third-party marketing. Live texting remains disabled until the program is separately registered and activated. Frequency, rates and contact choices If the SMS program is activated, message frequency varies and message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for assistance once messaging is active. Opt-out suppression and keyword handling must be configured and verified before live sending. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages; delivery is not guaranteed.
